Language Learning Strategy (SPB) Used by Remedial Teachers for Remedial Students Mastery of Reading Skill in Bahasa Melayu Class

Failure in mastering basic reading skill, writing skill and counting (3M) among primary school the country is still persistent. The 3M mastery performance gap between mainstream student Special Remedial students are apparent. failure of some teacher to implement Program had caused be left out learning. Study intended observe SPB implementation Bahasa Melayu teaching learning remedial class. This qualitative study used case design. Searchlight Model. One 22 from a Kinta Utara district, Perak state were chosen as intended. data collected through observation, document researches, interviews. Data was analyzed thematically using continuous comparative analysis technique. results found that constructs which derived this answer problem teachers’ preparation, language strategy (SPB) processes master well aid tools materials (ABM/BBM). Reading became main focus for participants. expected contribute education giving exposure teachers most effective practice teaching.
